Basement Apartment

Stayed here for 5 months and loved the space! Rozina is a great landlord and makes sure any needs during your stay are met. Loved the natural light this cutie lil basement apartment offered. It was a great place to transition into my life here in Everett. Due to its location it made exploring downtown Everett so easy. Many miles walked :)

Great Location in Everett

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our short term stay at this location. We walked to the Everett waterfront via the nice pedestrian footbridge (roughly 4 miles round trip) and downtown (about 3 blocks away) when the weather got nice and sunny. The neighborhood was relatively quiet though the houses are close together. It felt like a safe place to walk our dogs and we never had any issues. The upstairs neighbors are kind and not too noisy. The side yard was great for our pups and thankfully the neighbor immediately next door on the other side of the chain link fence did not have a dog, so we didn't have issues letting them run off leash in the side fenced yard provided. The space was a bit small for us with 2 pups and 2 ppl and both working from home some days, but overall it met our needs and was very cute and nicely renovated. If you're a travel medical worker new to the area, be aware, this is a long (90 min or more) commute to Seattle. Its excellent for Everett or north contracts

Am great stay with amazing host

Cannot say enough good things about the property and host. Stayed here for 3 months on a contract in Everett. R was the nicest host Ive ever had. Friendly, accommodating, quick responses. The apartment felt like home away from home. Would recommended Rs properties to anyone looking for a place stay.

Perfect little place minutes from Providence

Perfect little place maybe 10 minutes from Providence, less if you get all green lights down Wetmore. A lot of natural light for a basement unit when you want it, and the curtains keep it dark when you need it. Roz is the best property manager you can ask for, didnt hesitate to help with any accommodations. Couldnt recommend the place enough.
