Private finished basement with 2 bedrooms, living room, patio & bathroom in a quiet house on Tiara Rado Golf Course.

Excellent

Landlord C is so awesome, I have the whole downstairs to myself, excellent Queen bed to sleep on, large frig downstairs for my cold stuff, smart TV, plenty of closets and storage space. Off street parking in the driveway, with awesome views of the Colorado National monument, great relaxing area in the back of the house, which sits on the number 6 green on the public golf course. The cat of the house is so friendly and loveable. C respects your privacy and does not come downstairs at all. A sweet place to stay in, the washer and dryer are excellent and do large loads with ease. I would re-rent this place in a New York minute.

The rooms are large, clean, and tastefully decorated. It was quiet and comfortable. The host is friendly and kind. The neighborhood is quiet, only local traffic, and the views are spectacular. I mean, those views! If you need a place to stay in Grand Junction I would highly recommend you staying here.
