This is a good property if it's a smaller group, and for short stays, up to a month max. As past mid-term tenants during off season, we do not recommend anyone to rent this home mid-long term. The location is questionable, infested with Cottonwoods and noisey cicadas. 1 bathroom and lots of root clogging issues. The landlord was often difficult to work with and ignored issues in them home. They visited their studio apt outback on multiple occasions, failing to fix things that were reported. Overall, we did get our deposit back in full, and we hope our experience and review will help others decide whether this property would work for them.
