Cozy, safe suite!
I stayed here in the spring of 2024. This apartment was very comfortable and in a safe, convenient part of town. Most days it took 15-20 min to get to work in downtown Louisville. The property managers are very kind and responsive, and the tenants upstairs are friendly, respectful and easy to get along with. I found the bed to be extremely comfortable, the bathroom was great, and I loved the living area. I do not cook much, so did not use the shared kitchen upstairs.

great little basement apartment, good housemates!
Great little apartment with privacy, I worked nights and it was quiet and darkens with blackout curtains. It's got very hot water in shower! There was nothing I didn't like about it and LL were very responsive for any needs.
