Best Place in Modesto!

We loved our stay at Aprils place so much! If you are looking to stay in Modesto, we highly recommend this place! We stayed for three months & felt at home, April has high-quality items throughout the house, from the linens, comfy beds, to the kitchen ware. You truly can just bring your suitcase with your clothes, and have more than you need to enjoy a long-term stay. We felt very safe in the home, the neighborhood is very quaint& quiet and the security camera system made us feel even more at ease. We loved having the garage and having safe storage for our car. it was very convenient and easy to get to stores and restaurants. April is super responsive and a wonderful landlord. I have been a travel nurse for three years, and this is our favorite place that we have stayed! We hated to leave.

We Did Not Want to Leave!

My husband and I loved this home so much we really hated to leave. On top of it being a cozy house with all of the amenities you would need, it was close to work for me. The neighborhood was quiet during our stay which is always a plus. The little backyard was great. We spent nearly everyday out there at some point in the day. There was plenty of storage for us between the bedrooms and large garage. The kitchen was amazing! The living room was spacious but cozy at the same time. In all of our travels since we started 2 years ago, this has been our favorite home. We could tell it was very cared for. A was amazing and very responsive when needed. If given the opportunity, we would come back in a heartbeat!
