fantastic rental

I had the pleasure of renting this apartment for six months, and had a fantastic stay. The apartment was clean and quiet and the addition of the garage was great especially during the winter months. The landlord, K was wonderful and very responsive to any issues that arose. Would definitely rent this apartment again the next time I find myself in Denver for work!

Awesome property, centrally located

This property was exactly what I was hoping for. 2 bedroom condo, with a garage! and I was allowed to bring my very well behaved collie! K was a great landlord; was very supportive and checked in with me frequently to be sure everything was going smoothy with the condo and even with myself. I consider her a friend! She was great to work with and I highly recommend both her and her property. I am grateful for a great experience!
