Hidden Gem - Quiet Neighborhood, Clean Cottage

I stayed at Kary's cottage for almost a year and really loved how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was- a rarity in the middle of Los Angeles. Kary is very quick to address any issues with the cottage or property, and I appreciated his efforts to be an excellent landlord. Security is also good here, with high fences and exterior cameras - you can't even tell there is a cottage in the backyard. Parking is easy on the street. Appliances are fairly new and all worked great. Package delivery was easy and safe.

Peaceful cozy cottage

I loved this place. Very private, safe, and secure in historic Inglewood California. The owner was ultra-accommodating. If I ever have to do another job within 20 miles of this location, you best believe this is my number one choice.

LA ADU

I really enjoyed my time here. Great location, close to everything I needed and more. Quiet safe neighborhood. Very clean and looked just like the pictures. The owner was kind, communicative, and always helpful if I needed anything. I would definitely stay again if Im ever back in LA
