Right at home

I found this carriage house to be the perfect stay in Englewood. The location is excellent, very close to great dining and conveniently near major hospitals, which made everything easy and stress-free. The area felt very safe and quiet. I especially loved the faux fireplace, which added a cozy touch after long days. The internet connection was a bit inconsistent, but I had my own hotspot so it wasnt an issue for me. Most of all, I loved the hosts, they were welcoming, kind, and easy to communicate with. Overall, a comfortable, well-located space that I would happily stay in again.

Aesthetically pleasing - not worth the price

I lived here for 6 months. $2,250 for a 1BR is a premium price, and for that, I dont want to deal with so many weird things! There are no closets; your clothes hang in a cupboard across from the stove, so they smell if you cook. The shower floor wasnt laid right, so after every shower you have to squeegee the wall and the floor. WiFi constantly cut out; I probably asked him to reset it 20+ times. Only when I said I was moving out did he offer a new router. The living space is barely more than a studio, and you cant use the loft because the ladders unsafe. Cheap kitchen tools, no dishwasher, alleyway access that wont be plowed, and a hot tub right outside the bedroom window. My lease even ended at 10am; no credit for the rest of the day. Found a bigger 2BR with a yard and dishwasher for $300 less. You can too.

Loved my stay here! Rented for a year while travel nursing here. Sean and his wife were wonderful hosts and the property is great. Came with everything I needed and was very clean. Felt very safe in this area and appreciated the garage door for more security! I would definitely stay here again!! 10/10

great stay

The carriage house was quiet and equipped with everything we needed during our one month stay. The gated parking area was a nice bonus. Sean was a communicative and helpful host.

The cottage was very well presented. SC was absolutely great. He made himself available anytime we needed him. There's room to park two cars in a gated secure space on the cottage grounds. Well-kept in a quiet neighborhood. When our plans call for Denver again, I'll contact Sean first.
