Fun House - Highly Recommend

Staying at one of Aaron’s houses changed my life in so many meaningful ways. I started a successful business with one of the roommates, made lifelong friends and went on some fun adventures! The move in process was easy and the home was already set up with everything, just needed to bring my clothes and personal essentials. It’s a safe environment to explore Austin and the location works well because everything is relatively close by. If you wind up moving in, check out the white taco truck down the street for a gigantic $10 burrito and join Aaron on one of the guided bat tours under the congress bridge.

Awesome Place Close to Downtown with Great People! Loved everything about it!

This place is fantastic and super close to downtown. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the people at the house are amazing. We've had movie nights and BBQs in the backyard, which have been a blast. The diversity here is great, and I've made some really good connections.

Great Stay!

I stayed here for 3 months and really enjoyed it. A was a fantastic landlord and so super accommodating! I had a great time meeting the other tenants as well. They were fun and welcoming. Overall, my stay here was positive!

Stayed at As house for 8 months from Jan2023 to Sep2023. It was a perfect accommodation for a digital nomad remote worker like me traveling airplane from city to city & arriving to Austin with only two suitcases & knowing nobody in the city. Learning about the house & the community of friends & activities it comes with is why I picked it, it being fully furnished is what I needed. A was extremely friendly, fun, relaxed & accommodating the entire time. When a request was needed in regard to the house he was always quick to answer & provide solution. Knowing no one prior to arriving to Austin the house provided me with dozens of new friends I met whether via roommates at his house where I stayed or from meeting other tenants at his other houses he rents out in Austin. Plenty of great times had. Lucky to say I did not experience anything negative during my stay at his house. Internet worked flawlessly (which is important for a remote worker such as me. Will highly recommend A+
