Seamless 1-Month Stay, Condo—Highly Recommend!

Highly recommend this condo for short-term stays! Ash was extremely communicative and accommodating, making the entire rental process very easy. The unit was clean when I moved in and was furnished with everything I needed. It truly felt like a home away from home and Ash's flexibility was greatly appreciated. A 5-star experience all around!

Fabulous Apartment and Even Better Landlord

I lived in this apartment for a year and a half and loved the place. It's clean, bright, spacious, and a comfortable place to be. The landlord, Ash, is the best landlord I've ever rented from. He is responsive, he will coordinate everything you need for the place, and is an all-around good guy.

Cozy and Delightful

I stayed at this condo on a short term assignment. The unit is impeccably clean, in a quiet setting and just minutes away from downtown attractions. Being on the bus line and a block away from a large park were the two things that made this a standout property. The owner is super responsive and left a wine bottle as my welcome! Will be retuning back on my next IA City trip!

Spacious and convenient

This property is perfect if you're working at the University Hospital! Staying here for a few months, I can say it was very comfortable and I loved the space. Overall, the complex is pretty quiet with no issues sleeping for night shift and the unit is very spacious. Being here through the winter, the indoor fireplace was so nice to have and made it very cozy. Iowa City/Coralville is not a very large place overall, so you're really never more than 10 minutes away from anything you could need. Aldi and Walmart are just a 5 minute drive away and it takes about 4-5 minutes to get to work if at the hospital. The landlord is always very quick to respond and took care of everything we needed immediately. Also, being a pet friendly apartment, our dog loved being on the first floor with direct access to the yard outside and a large park just a block away! We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Iowa City.

Great location for everyone!

This unit is very spacious and at a great location for anyone working at the University of Iowa Hospitals. The landlord was very quick at responding and handled all concerns/issues in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend, this has been a great stay.
