Beautifully updated three bedroom two bathroom home in a very safe neighborhood (rent the entire home - minimun 6 months)

The house is nice and clean. The property owners are also nice and listened to us about anything that was an issue, including things mentioned in a previous review: there's a tv in the living room now, the internet and AC were fixed, and other minor issues were resolved. It was a pleasant three months!

I rented the master with the garage. I love a place that has coded entries. The master is big with plenty of storage. There is plenty of hot water and extra sheets. I work nights and sleep during the day. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. I felt very safe. Everything is close by. Cons: The decor in the living room is an older style. There is no tv in the living area. The furniture is nice but made for smaller people. The master bed was a little too soft for me. I prefer a harder bed but was still able to sleep well. The kitchen had everything except a coffee maker. I'm glad I had my moka pot. The landlord doesn't want you to clean. There is no toilet brush. A cleaning lady comes every month. The tenants pay her $100. The cleaning lady brings a toilet brush and uses the tools at the house. The wifi goes out a lot at all hours. It was frustrating. The neighbors stated to get a better internet company. This is still a nice place to stay!
