Located on a quiet street, this apartment is on the ground floor of my home. I live alone (with 2 dogs) upstairs and renovated half of the downstairs to be a completely separate apartment. The apartment was completed in 7/2023. The space is below the bedrooms upstairs so there is minimal foot-traffic above and I am a teacher working out of the home Mon-Fri. Update: I have a foster child who is 3 years old.

Neighborhood overview
Single street that backs up to wooded land. No HOA. Quiet neighbors who are friendly and social. Feels private and secluded but grocery shopping and restaurants are in walking distance and retail is just short (less than 5 min?) drive. Neighborhoods and trails nearby for walking. We do have a high school nearby- Friday night football games, etc can sometimes be heard.
