Great Long Term Rental

This place was perfect for our long term summer rental need while working for 3 months in Dayton. The apartment is in a perfect location and is so comfy and cozy! It was well stocked with needs for a long term stay, and the host was very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for having us!

This place was cozy and is well maintained by the owners. It's in a great location too. Owners are very kind and respond quickly to all messages. Loved it so much we are planning to return later this year.

So happy to have found this place last minute as a travel nurse that can be difficult but D made sure we were comfortable and meet all our needs! Nice location and all you need in an apartment. Highly recommend this property!

Great location and space

This gem is conveniently located to shopping, grocery stores, highway access and lots of restaurants. Located in a great neighborhood, there is a safe space to walk and get some exercise in too. Located near a community center, there is a pond with a paved walking path. The owners are super accommodating and very flexible to ensure a pleasant stay! This place is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
