Tucson Casita/Studio Perfect for Travel Healthcare Professional

Cute and comfortable studio apt.

This unit checked all of my boxes. In a nice and safe neighborhood, close to stores, restaurants and walking trails. It has everything you need, the bed is comfortable and it has a stackable washer and dryer That works great. Nicole is a great landlord. Gives you your privacy yet available if you need anything. I would definitely rent again from her if I work in the area again.

Great Studio mother in law suite

This little apartment is fantastic. Super close to a ton of things, including hospitals. It has everything you need inside, great appliances and wifi. Very quiet neighborhood aside from some cars. I travel alone and always felt very safe in this neighborhood also. Commuting to and from the hospitals is easy from the location. A 10 minute drive from TMC. On top of being a very nice, comfortable place to be. It has a full size w/d in the unit. The owner is the bees knees. Honestly the nicest property owner Ive met so far. Ill miss the property and Ill miss her! She was very available for any concerns and questions. Great area and very affordable. Thank you for having me!!!
