All Brand New Quiet Comfortable and Fully Stocked and Very Central

Great place to rent

I stayed at this beautiful rental property for about 5 Months. I am an electrical professional and have 2 kids and a wife and it made life very simple being able to only have to worry about the rent only and all utilities were included as well as gardeners and will have maintenance done if needed. Chris was very responsive to any requests or issues. Anything I needed he would order and have Amazon deliver anything needed for the house to make us comfortable. When I moved out he was quick to refund deposit and informs me of mail sent to the house and even sends it to my house instead of having post office send it back. If I could I would still be renting from Chris I just left for a new job in a different state. I would HIGHLY recommend renting from Chris.

My Stay in Escondido

I stayed for 8 months at the furnish two bedroom apartment with my family. We had a great experience staying at that apartment and our landlord Chris was very respectful, friendly and professional and in case of any issues he was responsive. I recommend this place for the short term stay for professionals.
