Enjoy a Nature Setting Near Downtown Cincy

Great place

I absolutely love staying here. It’s so cozy and safe. The place is supplied with everything you need. The bathroom is huge. The living room has the most comfortable couch. I can’t say enough nice things about my stay here.

Fantastic place

The Place was super nice and clean and the host was very nice and welcoming. He Helped with any/every issue and was accommodating to the fullest extend. He suggested places to visit for my time being and gave great recommendations. I always felt safe when home. I never heard the host living below but i always smelled the delicious food they cooked when i walked into the first door. The smell did not travel to the upstairs apartment which was nice. Would definitely stay here again if im ever in the area.

Great apartment in excellent location

This is a fantastic apartment. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac and a safe neighborhood with lots of sidewalks for walking. You have your own parking spot and private entrance. This top floor apartment is very spacious with lots of storage and the furniture is very comfortable. I extended my contract several times mainly because this apartment was such a great find. It is located minutes to all the great activities in Newport and Cincinnati as well as having easy access to the interstate to go to great hiking spots in KY. Though the best thing about this apartment are the owners. They live on the first floor and they are a wonderful family. They are experienced with several rental properties so are prepared if there is any issue, though I had no issues with anything in the apartment the whole year I have been here. They are so friendly and from the area so give great advice on what sites to go see. The apartment is so quiet that I would hardly know when they were home. I'm thankful to have been lucky enough to find this apartment and would rent it again in a heartbeat if I'm ever back in the area to work.

Amazing apartment!

This apartment is so cute and incredibly spacious. Had absolutely everything I needed for a 2 month stay and plenty of extra storage space. Pet friendly, and great neighborhood to walk my dogs in. The location couldnt be better, the house is in a quiet neighborhood, but is also just around the corner from 71/75. Cincinnati is only a few minutes down the highway. Walmart/Kroger are just down the street as well as lots of food options. The hosts are super friendly and easy to get ahold of when I needed anything. I would recommend this to anyone traveling or need a short term rental!

Lovely furnished apartment in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood

Summary: This is a wonderful place! I would book this place again in a heartbeat! Details: I booked this location when my daughter unexpectedly needed a place to stay before her new apartment was available. Here is her review: I got the wonderful opportunity to stay at this Airbnb hosted by K and M for 5 weeks. It was a cozy apartment on the 2nd floor of the house with all the things necessary to feel right at home. There was a lot of open space and many storage areas. The family occupies the 1st floor, but you can barely hear them as the house is very well insulated. There is a separate entrance to the Airbnb so you dont cross paths with the family frequently. The family is super nice and it was great chit chatting with them. When I had any question or request, they were extremely responsive. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. If I ever travel to the location of their other Airbnb, I would want to stay there after this. Thank you, K and M, for having me.
