Loved our month long stay! Cozy place

We had a great stay at Zees place for about a month with our family and in-laws. The apartment is cozy, clean, and super comfortablespread out over two floors (2nd and 3rd), which gave us plenty of space. (Note- if you have issues with stairs, it might be a bit difficult to climb stairs) Street parking was always easy to find, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Zee was awesome!! She was always reachable and super attentive whenever we had any questions. It really felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

I would give this property and the landlord (Zee) a 10 if I could. Highly recommend this property, as a student it was an optimal studying environment while having a cozy feel. Zee is as good as it gets when it comes to landlords. She is extremely attentive to any concerns/questions. She even checked in on me during a stretch of freezing weather! Numerous street parking spots available, I had no problem finding parking for an SUV. I would definitely stay here again!

Travel Nurse lodging

Place is a cute studio basement apartment enough space for 1 person. It can get a little noisy at time with the tenants above moving furniture or luggage, but quiet for the most part. Parking can be tricky on street cleaning days but not impossible. Landlord is very quick to respond with any issues and resolves them immediately!
