Harbor adjacent and an easy walk to the ocean. 200 yards from private park with small vessel dock for (kayaks, paddle boats, etc), bar-b-ques, and pickleball courts. Fully equipped kitchen with double burner convection stove top, microwave and very large toaster oven (can accommodate a pizza). Beverage station with wine fridge. (1 dog mb allowed upon approval.)
