West Valley Oasis in highly sought-after neighborhood

A gem of a house (and landlord)

What an amazing spot! We lived here for nearly a year with our 2-year-old while I completed courses at Luke, and of all the furnished homes our friends and colleagues rented nearby, this was by far the best. The property is beautifulthe photos dont do the backyard justice. Huge sliding doors open the living room to an outdoor kitchen, putting green, gas fire pit, and heated pool, all of which we enjoyed throughout the year. The bright, open kitchen/living area is exceptionally well designed, and the northwest-facing doors provide great natural light without excessive summer heat. The carpeted stairs were great for our toddler, and the upstairs layout, including the primary closet connected to the laundry room, was incredibly convenient. Best of all, Eric is a thoughtful, attentive landlord who genuinely cares about the home and his renters. He coordinated maintenance around our familys schedule and was always responsive. We cannot recommend this home enough!

Home away from home

I wish I could leave a 10 star review, because this home/landlords deserve it! I had the pleasure of staying at this property for almost an entire year. The home is PERFECT & has everything you could ever want/need. Its prime location has accessible grocery stores, gas stations, etc. in close proximity. The pool, put-put course, fire pit & outside grill were the additional perks! The landlords were very responsive & helpful if I had any questions during my stay. I will definitely be back for any future stays in AZ!

This is a beautifully appointed home, with a gorgeous pool and outdoor area perfect for a family - or in our case grandparents wishing to host and spoil grandkids. It was perfect and the landlords were easy to work with and super helpful.
