You have fabulous views from two decks and wonderful neighbors ready to help you out at the drop of a hat.     Im happily retired and want to spend more time with my new granddaughter in Hawaii ! I have lived in the Benicia marina for 15 years. I love the feeling of living on the water without the usual issues of a boat. Its 65 feet long and 16 feet wide, so it feels more like a condo. It has a flat bottom and is the first boat on the dock so there is minimal rocking. I have someone local who will handle any and all maintenance issues, and friends and family nearby who are happy to help out in any way possible. Im hoping to find someone who will be interested in renting it for 3 - 6 months at a time so I can come back...
