HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I rented the master bedroom at this house for a brief period of time. I must say I was very impressed with the landlady, JOLENE and the house in general. Mrs Jolene was very quick in returning calls/text messages, frequently checked in to make sure your stay is a great as you expected and very quick to address any concerns and/or needs. The master bedroom and the house in general was very clean and well kept…and the house was often very quite with no disturbance whatsoever. Large TV, size-able closet space, and a mini refrigerator in the master bedroom was a plus for me. Large bathroom with a walk in shower and a top notch immobile and mobile shower head combo and a concrete seat had me loving the master rental. Other tenants except for one were very friendly, respectful, and clean. Secure coded entrance into the house and rooms assured your privacy. Overall great place to stay and would have stayed longer if I didn’t have to leave the area. 100% Recommend.

Perfect

I rented the master bedroom with a private bathroom. The place was excellent. The room was quite large, very clean, and beautifully furnished. The bed was large and comfortable. The private master bathroom was attached to the bedroom. The bathroom was very large, and perfectly clean. Good ventilation, and the shower was beautiful with nice tiles, super clean, and great hot water. The rest of the house was very clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. Plenty of refrigerator space, and a great gas stove. The living areas was beautiful with nice furniture in the living room and dining room. The wifi was very fast and easily let me get my remote work done. The front and back yards were great, and the neighborhood was extremely quiet , safe, and nice. Joleen was incredible, and she quickly responded to anything that was needed. Great place, and I highly recommend.

Outstanding Stay & Exceptional Host

I stayed at this property for two months and had a truly excellent experience. The host was extremely flexible, professional, and responsive throughout my stay. Any request I had was handled quickly and thoughtfully—for example, she arranged an office desk and chair in a very short time, which made working from home easy and comfortable. The place itself was very clean, safe, quiet, and well-equipped with all essential amenities. Overall, it felt more like a 4-star serviced apartment than a short-term rental. Although the notice period was 30 days, the host accepted a 14-day notice. Even after I moved to Virginia, she went above and beyond by mailing important documents that arrived after my departure. Thank you Jolene, for your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and well-managed short or long-term stay, and I would happily stay here again.

Unexpected Roommate

I originally moved in it was great. But then without notice a male tenant moved in, I didnt find out until I just saw them in the house. What was said to me was that another roommate was moving and i assumed it was another female. In turn this made me uncomfortable because I was expecting to only live with women. Also I had no alternative options. As a woman I felt trapped and blindsided. It made concerned about my living situation and uncomfortable to be home. So I cant really recommending staying here .

Feels like home

The location of this home is in a quiet neighborhood and its very near to my work. The home is near to the Galleria mall, supermarkets, church, restaurants. The house is very clean, peaceful and organized. Ms Jolene is an amazing landlord, treats you like a family and she makes sure everything you need for the entire stay is provided. If I will have the opportunity to work in Roseville again, I will sure come back to stay in this lovely home again.

Good place

Ive been staying here for a while now, and its been a really pleasant experience. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, which I really appreciate, and everything I need is within easy reachrestaurants, shops, and more. Jolene has been an amazing landlordalways attentive and quick to address any concerns. The house is always kept in great shape, and she even has cleaners come by every two weeks to keep everything looking spotless. Overall, its been a good place to live.

Serene and a safe place to live

This is a prime location property close to all the necessary amenities and great restaurants. J has been nothing short of an awesome host throughout my stay at her property. Its safe to say that J has been the best host I've had the privilege to stay with. You get the utmost privacy at this location, the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful. All my concerns were resolved in a matter of a day no matter how big or small it is. I will definitely return to this property if I ever come back to stay in Roseville, CA.

A safe and amazing place to stay.

J is an amazing landlord she is always available if you need something and very accomodating. She is respectful of everyones privacy and let you use all her amenities in the house and wonderful kitchen. She is not just a landlord to me but a great person and full of kindness and generosity. Her place will always bring you a sense of security and its close to hospitals, supermarket and shopping center.
