Terrible Experience

Our six-month stay was disappointing and frustrating. Initially promised a three-month stay, we encountered hidden fees, including unexpected charges for parking not listed in the posting. The coin-operated washer was crazy when you rent a place for $1800, making laundry difficult as well. Parking was a nightmare-despite having a driveway, the homeowner repeatedly blocked my car, making it impossible to leave at times. Even though it doesn't state in the posting homeowner tried to charge me $100 extra for parking. Crazy!! The worst part? She refused to return our $1,000 deposit despite promising to do so, making excuses to keep the money. This level of dishonesty and greed made for a terrible experience. I do not recommend renting from this host. Unprofessional, unethical, and not worth the hassle. Avoid at all costs!

Cozy, Spacious and Comfortable Apartment with a secure and safe car parking in the Backyard!

This property is a very nice property located near Buffalo. The drive is literally 9-10 mins to Buffalo Downtown, also accessible to other surrounding areas. The apartment was equipped with a TV, Internet, Kitchen Appliances, and a Door PIN Lock to access the apartment making it more secure. The host T is a very caring person, supportive, and hospitable person. Whenever we asked for anything, she provided it to us and made us feel at home. Thank you for your kind hospitality! I recommend this apartment for the stay. Please, guys, go for it!
