This is an outstanding property. It is new, comfortable, quiet, safe, convenient and peaceful. The host, Linda and her partner Eddie are absolutely charming. They are responsive and considerate. The amenities to the property are an added bonus. There is a beautiful pool, hot tub, and secure backyard for a dog if you happen to have one. It is located in a gated community, surrounded by mature trees, and immaculate residences. I cant recommend this property more highly. The kitchen is set up for a foodie, with all of the expected features you could want. The bedrooms are large and well furnished. There is plenty of space in the closets to hold your garments and packing boxes.

Quiet Simplicity

Wonderful location and delightful neighborhood. This ADU has it all, you just need to bring your clothes. Lush landscaping with a private back porch to relax in, couldn't ask for more. The landlords are thoughtful and kind. Would be happy to stay again!

The Lovely Dwelling!

Brand new dwelling! 6/15/2024 was its one year anniversary!! Coming from LA-South Central to work in Roseville Are for a couple months was a lovely experience! I had the best house hostesse, gated community, walking trail, heated pool, private patio, kitchen appliances my own parking spot and gate entry. In the best of all, they feed good Italian food! I forgot you have the view of their beautiful backward, along with jacuzzi. I if I am ever back in Northern California, I will only there, if its an available!

Property Review

I had the pleasure of staying at Mrs. L and Mr. E property while on a travel nursing assignment. This was home away from home. I can't rave enough about this property. From the hospitality from the moment I arrived, I couldn't speak enough about that. The property is gated which I love when traveling. The home itself was clean, updated, private, and spacious. Anything I needed, Mrs. L and Mr. E were right there to assist. To be hosted by Mrs. L and Mr. E is an experience in itself. One would truly enjoy their stay at this property. I will be back myself for leisure traveling.

Home Away From Home

My husband, son, and our 3 dogs stayed here while our home was being renovated. L and E made it feel like we didnt skip a beat in our daily lives. We basically brought our clothes and bathroom essentials in. The unit was fully stocked with all the other essentials youd need. They were so accommodating, E added a holder for my electric car plug in, L brought us a home made dinner that first week and made us each a delicious Thanksgiving dinner plate the day after Tday! Besides that, we never heard from them, so you definitely get your privacy and space. The dogs loved the spacious yard to run around in, and we loved sitting in the hot tub after a long work day. There are so many benefits and amenities that make this place feel like a home away from home! I would definitely recommend this short term rental as its brand new and spacious. You wont find better landlords/property owners than L and E!
