Cozy and Convenient Home in South City

Perfect home and great owners

I loved this home. It's in a safe area with great neighbors. The locked single car garage is a great bonus. It's a less than 15 minute non-highway drive to Barnes Jewish and WashU. It has a full size fridge, full size stove, full size sink, and nearly all the cooking supplies you need. They even have a perforated aluminum pizza pan to heat pizza in the oven! I used the backyard porch with BBQ grill all the time during the summer. Whatever small issue that came up, Megan and Landon were quick to reply and to resolve. I felt that they cared about my stay and well-being. Supermarkets and slme restaurants are close by. "The Hill" is only a 3 minute drive away. The South City Y, which has a great gym, is also a less than 5 minute drive. I loved my stay and the owners and if I'm back in St. Louis, this is the first place I would look to rent.

Lucky to rent here

This is a gem of a find! We absolutely loved our stay here, and instantly felt at home- loved all the thoughtful and welcoming touches upon arrival. Comfortable environment with a well equipped kitchen and surprising amount of space- basement is perfect for storage. Garage for covered parking, and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Best landlords weve had so far, responsive, communicative, and checked in regularly to ensure we were having a pleasant stay. Would absolutely stay here again if in STL for another assignment.

Home away from home

Absolutely loved living here while on my travel assignment. It's about a 10 minute drive to Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Cute and charming one bedroom home with access to a garage and good size backyard. Neighborhood is quiet with lots of dog walkers. Close to good bars, restaurants and parks. Great experience with the owner, M. She was super sweet and helpful and quick to respond to text. Would definitely stay there again if I did another assignment in STL.
