I had an amazing stay in Miami! It was very close to the office I interned at so I was able to use Freebee to get around the neighborhood (which I must add, it was very safe). It was also very close to the train station so that was just perfect as well. I had everything I needed and sharing a bathroom was no hassle at all. Praveen was always very helpful. Needless to say, I definitely recommend this place!

Excellent Place

I lived here for over a year and it was a great experience. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Praveen, the property manager is a delight and always responds quickly. There was a problem with the internet at one point and he resolved it promptly. The property is well maintained and clean and it is very conveniently located. Everything I need is close by, gyms, parks, supermarkets, Wynwood, the Design District, and more. Also, Jackson Memorial Hospital is only a 10 minute drive away.

Comfortable apartment, convenient location

Praveen's place was the perfect space to retreat to after a long day of work. The studio apartment is in close proximity to all the major hospitals in the area (I made the 1.5 mile walk to UM every day), as well as Wynwood, Midtown, and Brickell. The suite is fully furnished with everything you need to live comfortably, and equipped with plenty of storage space for your belongings (large wardrobe, dresser, movable clothing rod, and under bed storage space). The kitchenette is well-equipped with all key appliance (microwave, blender, coffee maker, mini fridge, etc.), pots, pans, and dinnerware. The newly renovated bathroom has a large shower and the vanity provides plenty of storage. Praveen is an extremely responsive and kind landlord, and is quick to address any needs or concerns you may have. I am so grateful to have landed here for my first travel contract - highly recommend!

Miami Stay

The one bed/one bath was the perfect stay for us and our pup. This property was closely located to the hospital I worked at and the central areas of Miami we enjoying going to. The property manager was always very responsive and personable, which is the most important to us after living in short term rentals so often. It was comfortable and convenient, definitely recommend.

The living space was adequately furnished and equipped with everything one would require to live comfortably. From the kitchen appliances to the cozy furniture, it was evident that great attention had been paid to ensuring a pleasant living environment. Praveen, the landlord, was consistently helpful and responsive. Whenever there was a maintenance issue or a query, he promptly addressed it, ensuring that any concerns were resolved in a timely manner.
