Felt like home
I stayed here for five months and absolutely loved it. The apartment is even more beautiful in person—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything you need. The location is incredibly convenient, close to tons of restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, and bars, which made everyday life so easy. The building itself felt really quiet and safe, which I appreciated so much during a longer stay. The host was also genuinely kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made everything feel smooth from start to finish. I’m truly going to miss staying here and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a great Furnished Finder place.
San Diego East Village
We stayed at Art Morales' 1-bedroom condo in downtown San Diegos East Village. The location is excellent, just a five minute walk to Petco Park, right on the trolley line, and close to restaurants and downtown attractions. The buildings rooftop deck has a great view of the skyline, which we enjoyed throughout our stay. The condo was comfortable and had what we needed. A few things needed fixing, but Art was responsive and handled everything we mentioned. The main drawback inside the unit is limited storage in the bedroom, which makes organizing clothes a bit challenging. The bigger consideration is the neighborhood. Like many downtown areas, East Village has a large homeless population, including people dealing with addiction and mental health issues. Most keep to themselves, but guests should be aware of it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the condo. The location, convenience, and views make it a good option as long as you understand the realities of the area.
Loved this place! Location, Walkability, Secure
I had an incredible stay at Arts fully furnished 1BR apartment in East Village, San Diego! The rooftop patio was hands down our favorite part perfect for relaxing and taking in the city views. The location couldnt be better, with Petco Park just a short walk away and so many amazing restaurants nearby. Ill definitely miss Hinar Coffee and their orange blossom latte! Art has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. The apartment was fully stocked with essentials like laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, trash bags, all the cookware you could need, and even a great selection of spices to whip up a fabulous meal. The building is extremely secure with key fob access to the elevator and parking structure, which gave us great peace of mind. Art himself is an incredibly responsive landlord, always ready to help if needed. This place truly felt like home, and I cant recommend it enough. If youre considering a stay in San Diego, you wont regret choosing this gem!
Fully furnished is always exciting!
I stayed in this Condo for 6 months and I couldnt be any happier with my choice. As a travel health worker, working long hours, Arts home always felt very welcoming! I felt comfortable and secure especially in the city. On my days off I would walk to local bars and restaurants. SUPER convenient. Petco park is also walking distance, I went to a few events and baseball games. What I enjoy the most on my days off is cooking! Art has FULL sets of pots and pans to cook and bake! If my job allowed me to extended I definitely would!
Comfortable and clean home in an exciting location!
I had a lovely stay here and Art, the host, was incredible. The location can't be beat. It's a very walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants and entertainment nearby. As a travel nurse, I worry about security when living alone in a city, but I felt very safe and secure during my stay. Art was always quick to respond with anything I needed. There was a washer and dryer in-unit as well as a designated parking space, which was super convenient. And the apartment was very pet friendly, with a dog park just two blocks away. My only regret was not using the private balcony more! Don't hesitate on this listing!
