Lovely Spot in the Heart of Boston

This apartment is located in the perfect spot, on a quiet and safe street in the heart of it all with walking distance to Boston's best neighborhoods. It is located direclty adjacent to the MBTA station and the beautiful greenway trails that lead directly to the Longwood Medical Center and beyond to Jaimaica Pond with an extensive network of walking and biking trails. The apartment itself is wonderfully furnished with everything you need and outstanding views of the city, yet its very quiet and comfortable with amazing natural light. I stayed in this lovely little spot for a month during a transitional period and I am convinced the tranquil environment with access to beautifulBoston helped my healing.

Perfect Experience at 16 Miner

Staying at 16 Miner was an incredible experience! The apartment has a modern design with smart home features and in-unit laundry, which made things super convenient. The location is a real winner, it's close to Harvard Medical School, Boston University, and the Longwood Medical Area, so it's perfect for students, healthcare pros, or anyone working nearby. The neighborhood has its own vibe too, with Fenway Park, the Museum of Fine Arts, and lots of good restaurants just a short walk away. Whether you need a quiet, comfortable place to focus or easy access to Bostons best attractions, 16 Miner delivers. The management was highly responsive and ensured a smooth and enjoyable stay. All in all, 16 Miner offers a modern and comfortable living space in an unbeatable location. If you're looking for a furnished place in Boston, Id definitely give it a shot!

Amazing apartment and awesome landlord!

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for 3 1/2 months and loved it! It was well designed, sunny, and centrally located to everything we needed. We didnt have a car and didnt need one. We loved being able to walk to wonderful restaurants, cafes, bakeries, retail, grocery shopping, art museums, walking trails, the Longwood medical area and the subway. Its a vibrant safe area and we felt fine walking around at all hours. The apartment is very well equipped and has good storage even for longer stays such as ours. The few times I needed anything, Sandeep, the landlord provided it. Sandeep is a sweetheart and went over the top to ensure we were happy and comfortable. The time we were there, a construction project was happening nearby, but we werent bothered by it because the double pane windows kept the apartment pretty quiet. Extra points for the giant projection screen to watch movies on, so fun! And I learned how to use an air fryer, and promptly bought myself the same model when I returned home. I recommend this apartment and landlord Sandeep wholeheartedly! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Wonderfully Comfy Condo & Location! Home away from Home!

Extremely central location in Boston! What I loved about staying here the most is the ability to truly walk everywhere; to the subway, grocery stores, restaurants, food, entertainment, into Back Bay, into Cambridge, into Brookline, into Longwood (it is at the nexus of everything! - you don't need a car!) It's a wonderful condo, lots of natural light at all hours of the day, and one does not feel boxed it because of all the windows and central living space! (If for some reason you don't want the light, there are also black-out curtains!) It also has a very logical layout with the main living area on one side, and the bedrooms facing the other. It has everything you need (furniture, accessories, bedding, etc) -- very turnkey! I also enjoyed all of the pot-lighting. In most condos, the lighting is atrocious, but the lighting here is spectacular! Moreover, there is a lot of neat extras like the home projection system (every night can be movie night!). Like I said, it was very very comfortable! Truly enjoyed my stay, and I intend to be back again!
