Lovely stay

We were more than pleased with our time in the bungalow. The entire space is high end and comfortable, pristinely maintained and included better than the kitchen essentials . Cat and Joe were exceptionally gracious hosts. They helped us quickly when prior housing fell through and checked in regularly for any needs. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay while on contract or better people to work with. Highly recommend.

Best Travel Nurse Housing Ever

I have been a Travel Nurse for over 10 years & worked in multiple states. I loved my time working at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga. I also absolutely adored my Housing accommodations with Cat & Joe. This was the best renting experience I ever had. To have them host me for my 26 week contract exceeded my expectations. After working 12 hour shifts it felt so nice to come Relax at their Bungalow rental. Their furnishings were top of the line.....bedding, linens, towels furniture & decor, etc. I felt very safe in their neighborhood & loved how many wonderful activities & restaurants were so close by to enjoy on my days off. You may feel like you don't deserve to stay at something so nice, but you do. This rental is worth paying a bit extra for. You won't regret it- I hope to come back & stay again for work or pleasure.

Safe housing & convenient to everything

This Rental was the most fantastic place I have stayed in Chattanooga. If you need a top notch NEW Construction rental in a higly desirable location, that is close to everything- Look no further! My hosts Cat & Joe went above & beyond to accommodate me & make my 2 months stay highly enjoyable. Their high end & luxurious rental was so worth every penny! I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Chattanooga for work.

Beautiful location and stay

My husband and I stayed while our place was getting renovated. C and J have done such a great job renovating and stocking this place-- had all the cooking utensils and pans we could need or want. It's clean, inviting, and welcoming. The place is truly unique and beautiful from the landscaping on the steps to the string lights/lanterns on the secluded deck. I am also obsessed with the tile in the bathroom. It's been fun and super convenient to be able to walk to Publix to get groceries, go to shops, eat out at fantastic restaurants right in Northshore, and there's even a great trail system on Stringer's Ridge two minutes walk away. It's been a home away from home and felt like a vacation too. Would highly recommend! And, if we're ever another renovation, would stay there again in a heartbeat!
