Safe/Clean/Easy Drive

Stayed for 3 mths while working at Mayo PHX. 3 min drive to grocery/lots of restaurants. 10min drive to Mayo, easy traffic. Gated community w Gym/Pool 2 min walk. My wife and I enjoyed walking the dogs through lots of different routes around the condos and park very close. Claus always quick to respond. No issues at this place and I would return if come back to town.

Thankful for my stay at Venu!

I was looking for somewhere safe and clean to stay during my travel contract and was thankful to have found this place. The Venu is a haven from the busyness of the city but in a convenient location accessible to local shops. The apartment had everything I needed to be comfortable during my contract and I enjoyed trying different local coffee shop beans to use with the espresso machine.

Great location, amenities and location

Beautiful property. Unit is simple, but spacious and clean and has everything you could need for a longer term stay. Pools and fitness facilities are great. People in the community are friendly. Claus is very timely in his communication and friendly. Location provides easy access to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, tons of shopping, and Mayo Clinic within 10 minutes, airport 30 minutes or so. Great views and walking/running in the surrounding neighborhoods. Would recommend to any family or friends in the area and will stay again if the opportunity arises.

Easy and Enjoyable, Start to Finish

Cs is an outstanding owner to work with. He's literally a professional, and you feel it each step of the way. Everything is as described. I'd never met or worked with C prior to staying at his place, but I would not hesitate to recommend working either with him or staying at this unit. The Venue is fantastic. So many amenities, and you're in a great part of the city. This unit is maybe a 90-second walk from a great workout area and pool. The coffee machine is fantastic (at C's place). It's private, quiet, and the patio looks out onto the landscaped area outback rather than asphalt and garages. Parking not an issue. Seriously, this place was great, and we give a 5/5.
