We stayed in the property over the holidays. Jamie keeps an extremely clean property. Very private, unlike a apartment complex or hotel. I highly recommend it.

One of the best places I have rented! This place is perfect for a home away from home stay. I rent houses for work all year. This place has the best landlords. Kind and easy to reach. The apartment is comfy, clean, and safe. You will love your stay here.

My summer at the loft was a great experience! As a young girl in college working an internship in the area, I was looking for a safe area that was close to Seattle. The location was great and super close to grocery stores like Trader Joes. When there is no traffic it was only a 25-30 min drive to Pike Place market and was about 10-15 mins to the ferries and the shore. There is a private parking spot for the tenant and plenty street parking for a guest. I stayed for 3 months and it has been have been such a great experience! J & A even built a laundry machine while I was there so I would not have to go to a laundromat nearby anymore. They made sure to check in on me and were super kind and caring, making sure I had everything I needed. The apartment is amazing with everything available and great appliances. Overall, I can definitely say that this is a great place to stay whether you are staying for long or not. Definitely recommend!

My stay at the loft was great! J & A were responsive, pleasant, & available if anything needed, but also provided privacy of a stand alone studio. The neighborhood was on a quiet side street close to 99, & accessible to grocery & goods needs, down the road from restaurants & and fun bowling/roller skating rink, & close to Edmonds to enjoy the Puget shoreline & ferry. Great location, great hosts, & outfitted with new amenities- definitely recommend to travelers!!!

I have to say upfront, that if youre planning to travel to the Lynnwood, Mukilteo, Everett or Seattle area, this is definitely the place to stay. We live in AZ but wanted to spend at least a month visiting our grandkids. Were seniors so we wanted somewhere that was close to grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies and most of all, a place that felt safe and secure. We found it here at the Loft. We have private off street parking and a private entrance. Security lighting with motion detectors around the home, and a quiet neighborhood. The owners, J and A, are both exceptional people. Friendly, personable and very attentive to anything we might need. You can have as much or as little interaction with the owners as you like. But for us its been a pleasure to get to know them and George their labradoodle. I guess finally, the best review comment I can make is that we have enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it an extra month. Safe travels. D & D
