We are an outdoorsy family that wanted to have a vacation home in Fruita, Colorado after visiting it for the first time in 2020. When we are not there we pay the bills by renting it. We rent out our vacation homes on Airbnb and VRBO. We have 4.97 star reviews on Airbnb. We have rented out to a few traveling hospital employees (nurses, techs) in the last year. We are both in the medical profession and understand that it is important to have a place that feels like home and is furnished as such. Must have all amenities, comfortable beds, fun games, safe, quiet, and relaxing.
