Ultra Comfortable Bedroom in a Beautiful Private Home

Beautiful and well-maintained home!

I stayed in this home for a year and a half as a travel nurse. From the day that I moved in to the day that I left, Erin was very welcoming, fully attentive, quickly responsive, made everything cozy at home, vetted all of the roommates so that there was a high chance of personalities getting along, and routinely checked in to make sure everything was well and working at home. The house is beautiful, very clean, and very well maintained! When there would be maintenance needed, though not often, Erin has the best handyman, Oscar, on-call and ready to assist! The home is located in a very clean, quiet, and safe neighborhood with many shops and restaurants nearby. I was unbelievably blessed to find this home and live in it for as long as I did. Thank you, Erin, for all that you are and all that you do!

I lived in this beautiful home for almost a year. The unit truly feels like home, thanks to the wonderful roommates and amazing owner. Erin is kind, always available, and genuinely cares about the tenants happiness. I love how close it is to shops, parks, and the freeway. It is a safe, quiet, and peaceful home. Peaceful, quiet and wonderful location

So peaceful and quiet here. Super clean property. Owner takes very good care of it and goes the extra mile which is so hard to find anymore. Very calming. Best location for me as it is near everywhere I might need to go. Close to beach and love the nearby shops. Also it is right by the freeway for me so I can commute easy.

Beautiful and so quiet

Amazing condo with great furnishing a very coastal California vibe. Community has great swimming pool too I will miss that this summer! Owner is a lovely person and easy to want to rent from.
