Great location and very cozy apartment! The landlords are very accommodating and respond quickly. The apartment has everything that you would need. Just bring your food and clothes and you'll be all set! I would definitely stay here again!

Above-Garage craftsman studio

I stayed in the above-garage craftsman studio for my veterinary clinical year. I can't say enough good things about this property and Rouchelle and her husband. They responded to all of my requests in a very timely manner. The property is very private and quiet, and it was exactly what I was looking for. The only cons I experienced here was poor cell service (but they have pretty good wifi), and the water was somewhat rusty (discolored) but I installed water filters in my shower and kitchen and that did the trick. All in all, I really enjoyed my year there and will truly miss it!

Cozy and great location

The owners have done a great job, it's very cozy with lots of space for your things. Great location - not far from downtown and close to some parks. 10 out of 10.

Great Experience

I had a very good experience staying on the property. It had all the supplies I needed and the location was very convenient to explore and enjoy the Gainesville area. Very private and calm experience. The owners were responsive to my messages and welcoming.

Great Place to Stay!

I stayed at the Private Guest Suite for one month during my medical student rotation and felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The owners were incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to promptly resolve any issues. They were exceptionally responsive; on my first day, I asked about getting ice, and they went out the same day to bring me an ice tray! The suite itself was clean, well-maintained, had lots of storage space in the bedroom and was equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The location is also very central, making grocery and dinner runs quick and easy. They even have two sweet and friendly dogs! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable stay.

Everything you could need + Responsive, Caring Owners

Stayed here for a 1-month rotation at a nearby hospital. The apartment is clean, spacious, and everything works well (including the A/C, and we all know how important that is in Florida). The owners go out of their way to make sure that any glaring, reasonable issues are resolved; I needed an office chair and little did I know, the owners had one pre-ordered before I got there and assembled it within a day. If the aesthetics of an apartment is important to you (it isn't really to me) then this property will accomplish that easily, with a modern and personal touch. You can tell the owners really care about your experience and their property, and can feel their personal touch on all of the decor and details. Location-wise it is essentially close to everything, and you have plenty of privacy if that is something you are looking for. Apartment comes with utensils, pans/pots, and everything else that I required during my stay.

Hidden Gem

The place is so cute and neat. The owner are attentive on my needs. They made sure Im comfortable as possible during my stay. Location is so close to many stores, hospitals, university and restaurants. I definitely comeback here.
