Great house & host

My husband and I stayed in this adorable home for 6 months and from the day we arrived to the day we left Gracian was kind and accommodating. Quick to respond, polite and a joy to work with. The house is just as pictured and equipped with everything you need. We love the mature trees on the property and the fact that it feels secluded and quiet but is very close to everything you need. Thank you again, Gracian, for everything!

Great Experience

Gracian is an excellent host and his home is very nice, clean and has everything you need. He was always very easy to reach and super helpful with anything I needed. He even had the alarm system updated while I was there so I could use it to feel more secure. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and also very close to the highway. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a short term lease in the Austin area.

Great home, great owner

The home is just as pictured, well-furnished and in a great neighborhood in south Austin. Great place to take walks and super easy access to I-35 without being too close to the highway. The kitchen and the rest of the house are well-equipped Gracian is a fantastic host and was super accommodating throughout the entirety of our stay.
