Loved our stay

We stayed here for about 6 months while I worked in Boston. Ahmad was very responsive and friendly. The apartment was very cute and cozy. We would definitely recommend staying here short or long term!

Travel nurse

I have rented both units and have stayed for 6 months at a time. Both units are spacious and very well furnished and filled with everything you need. The location is amazing. Several shopping options within a few miles away from the unit. The airport is approximately 15 miles away. If you should have any issues Ahmed is very responsive. I truly enjoyed my stay in Dedham on my work assignment.

Landlord was incredible to work with, located in great location, quiet and very clean inside. Would highly recommend to anyone in search of short term rental

Nice Space

Surprised by how much space I have and its so nice to have a real full kitchen! Most places Ive found for rent in Boston area all have a hot plate and a toaster oven, but this place has a full equipped kitchen. Owner is very attentive and responds very quickly if you have questions or concerns. There is a nice washer and dryer in the basement so its so convenient not to have to go to a laundromat. Street parking only so that sometimes can be a pain to find a spot, but normally its ok. Nice safe neighborhood close to Dedham square and Legacy place so its in an area that is close to a lot of amenities. I just found out you can leave your car in Legacy Place and take the train from Dedham corporate center right into Backbay station or South Station and it only takes about 20 min!

Great property and landlord

Have had nothing but good interactions with the owner/landlord. Place was great. Great area. Felt very safe and enjoyed it! Had to move out of the area for work or would have loved to stay.
