Great host/ landlord

The house, location, and furnishings are great. Stayed for a year and couldn't have been happier. Tracey is a top notch guest, provided everything I needed, and made the stay cozy and comfortable. I couldn't have picked a better place to live while looking for our lake house. Recommend Tracey and her property 1000 percent !

Centrally Located Charm with Loads of Living Arrangement Options

The Chatham Street home worked so well for our family of 5. The main bedroom was conveniently located on the master and the upstairs/downstairs spaces could be arranged to fit all of our families needs. In addition, the fenced back yard with mature trees was great in the heat of the summer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Tracy was a fabulous host; always available and handled anything we needed. Don't pass this opportunity up.

Clean, comfortable, with everything you need

The accommodations were great. The kitchen is well-equipped. The bathroom is huge! Comfy beds and space for you and all your gear in the bedrooms. Love the workspace upstairs -- tons of natural light. Also, appreciated the living room side tables with storage and charging outlets, and the fact that we could login and continue watching our favorite show exactly where we left off at home. We didn't use the backyard space, but would on a future visit. I also appreciated that we could fit multiple cars in the driveway. And although the neighbors are close by, it was quiet. The location is good, within minutes to I-581, restaurants, and Carilion. Overall, the house is ideal and we would definitely stay again.

Has What You Need

We enjoyed our stay while waiting for our new house to be ready. It had what we needed, was clean, and had a playground within walking distance. The host was responsive. It worked well for what we needed!
