Super cozy!
Stayed here for 3 months, and it was amazing! The place is super cozy, and the hosts were phenomenal! They definitely thought of everything, and are so friendly and accommodating.

Home away from home
I had the pleasure of staying in the larger cottage for a little over a year! What was meant to be a 3 month stay ended up being extended several times because it was such an enjoyable stay. Christine and Carlos are wonderful people, and really care about their tenants and treat them like family. The cottage has everything you need as if you had your own little home away from home. The parking space was safe and convenient in proximity to the cottage. Lastly, the location of the cottage is a plus, less than 5 minutes to a gym (Crunch), many fast food restaurants and groceries (Sprouts) and also target! Look nowhere else.

My Stay in La Casita
I truly enjoyed my stay here. It was my home away from home. Chrystine and her family were super sweet and welcoming. When I needed something, they were very responsive. I have stayed at both places that Chrystine has for rent. I love the set up of La Casita because it makes it feel homey. If I ever come back to the Bay Area, I would rent with them again.

Very cute space close to many things to do
This property is super cute with more than enough space and storage. It has a lovely little kitchen with all the essentials which made cooking a breeze. It's super close to tons of things to do in San Jose and the surrounding Bay area. The landlords are the sweetest people and super easy to communicate with! Stay here was a dream and I would definitely stay again if I end up in the Bay area.

Definitely recommend staying here! Close to lots of shopping and great food. Landlords are kind and respectful of your own space. They were easy to communicate with and always addressed issues/concerns ASAP. Reasonably priced and plenty of space to accommodate 1-2 people plus our little dog. Parking available on the property off the street. Kind neighbors and good company. You wont regret it!!!
