Highly Recommend!!

I stayed at this property for 12 weeks while on a clinical rotation and had a wonderful experience. I was nervous about staying alone in an unknown city; however, Marcus was very friendly and welcoming. This is a peaceful property that is organized and clean. Marcus was available at all times for any questions/concerns. I will definitely stay here again if I find myself in the Knoxville area!!

Home away from Home

Loved this room, very spacious and quiet. I was a night shift nurse and the owner worked from home and traveled alot. So you're by yourself a bunch. He made space for you in the kitchen. When it snowed my last week, he shoveled the driveway for me and when the water was being worked on; he brought water bottles for hygiene until it came back on. Very nice and we only seen each other if we went to the kitchen at the same time. You have as much privacy as you would in a 1bedroom apartment. He was very spirited and decorated for the holiday, even not being home. I loved it and highly recommend!
