Great place! Convenient and nice neighborhood

We stayed here for several months while transitioning to a new life in Alaska. Ryan was very responsive to any concerns. The kitchen was adequate to cook most anything. Close to a number of stores. The neighborhood was quiet and we never heard the downstairs tenant. Beds were comfortable.

Dope littke spot

For what Anchorage offers, this neighborhood and price give you peace and quiet while still being close to everything. Easy highway access, stores nearby, and a quick drive to Regional, Native, Providence, or JBER. Perfect setup for any single traveler or couple looking to make good money while exploring everything Alaska has to offer. I treated it as my base camp and it worked flawlessly. If youre a homebody who wants total seclusion, go rent a house. But if youre a man (or woman) with a plan stay with Ryan. Highly recommend.

Stay Away

Constant noise from the upstairs tenants, including sex, burping, their TV, their conversations, their dog barking, rolling office chair. This is a split house, not two separate apartments, and it feels like you have roommates. The bedroom flooded and Ryan did not run fans. The floorboards are pushing up after the moisture. Upstairs tenants lived in this unit before me and they said they also had plumbing issues when they lived down here. It took three requests before he finally fixed the broken garage door. This place is over priced and he has since increased the rent without doing any work to improve it. There are better options and this area is sketchy.

Amazing cozy home!

We fell in love with Alaska during our stay, and this place was the perfect base for exploring. From outdoor adventures to simply relaxing in the peaceful surroundings, the apartment itself was exactly what we needed: comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped with everything from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy living areas. It truly felt like a home, and the added bonus of having all the furnishings taken care of made our stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking and we will use it moving forward for our stays. We originally booked this unit for a 3-month stay, but we ended up extending our time because we loved it so much! The location is fantastic and the main highway was easy access making it simple to get around and explore the area. We found it super convenient for both getting to work and enjoying all that the city and surrounding nature have to offer. Ryan, the landlord was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. He knows AK and was always very kind and tenant focused making this experience one to remember. Cozy/Convenient/Safe Unit

This property felt like home and was an awesome short-term stay. The wrap around porch was perfect for working, gatherings and leisure activities, in addition to a large, well-kept yard for the dogs to play. Additionally, the unit itself was spacious and located nearby all amenities, with access to grocery stores, gas stations, coffee shops, hospitals, etc. within a 3-5 mile radius. Would definitely recommend/stay here again!
