Great place to stay!

Great and clean apartment looks even nicer in person. Diego is an amazing host and always quick to respond. Close proximity to grocery stores & parks. Walkable area with good public transportation and tons of walking trails. Apartment has everything you need to just move in and get settled.

Best of all worlds!

Property condition/location are ideal. Clean, light-filled space. Comfortable bedrooms with desks. Brand new stove and well equipped kitchen. Plenty of storage space. Lots of choices on a large screen TV. This apartment is near several walking paths, overlooks greenery and nature. It's a place where people smile at each other on the walking paths and I always felt safe on them. Close to supermarkets and stores, bus lines and the train to DC. Just a short drive or bike to downtown Reston which is a lovely small city with a movie theater, shopping and community events. Besides the apartment itself, the other wonderful part of this rental is the landlord. D answers texts quickly, fixes any problems right away and with solutions that are better than I might have requested! Example - one burner did not work on the stove. When it couldn't be repaired, he replaced it with a new stove within a few days. Amazing, helpful landlord and all around nice guy! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Place to Stay

This property is spacious, comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, and peaceful. There is a very nice back patio that has a very nice forest view and it was great waking up to this every day. I greatly appreciated my time here and I highly recommend it. The location has nearby access to many convenient and desirable retail and restaurants, as well as lots of great paths for walking and biking. The owners are kind and easy to work with, and just genuinely good people. I don't have a single complaint -- don't hesitate to rent this location!! 10/10
