Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood yet only a two minute walk to Mission Hospital and half a mile to the cool south slope neighborhood where there are lots of breweries and restaurants and coffee shops. Our house is also just 1 mile to the downtown core. Really wonderful location and beautiful newly remodeled home also. Listed Rental price is for single occupancy. Additional tenants and pets are additional.

My Go-To Asheville Stay!
I have stayed at this cute Tiny House a couple of times, now. it's the perfect size, like my own studio apartment. It's comfortable and cozy with a firepit for sitting out under the moonlight and breathing in fresh mountain air. There's a washer and dryer to keep your clothes fresh and clean. It's located about 1/4 mile from Mission Hospital and about a mile from downtown Asheville so it is so convenient to everything AVL. Trishann is the consummate host and makes sure you have everything you need. If you hate staying in expensive hotels and want a private place of your own that's affordable, this is the stay for you!
