Perfect ADU

I had a great 3 month stay at Bob and Jana’s ADU. They were excellent hosts that were quickly able to communicate and accommodate any needs. It was equipped with everything I need and the ability to have a private patio and access to a grill enhanced the experience further. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood that is easy access to local beach cities or downtown SD. Could not recommend this unit enough!

Perfect place!

Jana and Bob's place was perfect for my travel contract. It's located in a safe, pleasant neighborhood and I felt comfortable throughout my entire stay. The space was well-equipped with everything I needed. Jana and Bob are a wonderful couple - very welcoming and helpful. I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this place to others!

I am active duty military and moved to San Diego in 2023 and stayed at this property from until early 2025. Staying at this property was hands down the best decision I made! Bob and Jana have become family to me. Their care for me as both a tenant and friend are unparalleled. I had zero issues my entire stay, felt 100% safe, and adored the community that this property is in. You will never find people as kind, flexible, and understanding as them. This property is about a 20-25 minute drive to any major San Diego attraction. Could not say enough about this incredible property that felt like home the moment I came!

Great ADU!

I moved to San Diego from Chicago and J and B made my transition very smooth. They are so kind and thoughtful and were very responsive anytime I had a question or needed something done in the unit. The unit is lovely, quiet, very clean, and I felt very safe during my stay. Its a nice quiet neighborhood and te neighbors are nice as well. Super close to Cowles Mountain for hiking. You will not regret living here. I couldnt have asked for better landlords and neighbors.

Perfect

My husband and I recently relocated from Ohio to San Diego and this property was the perfect place to help us with this transition. We sold everything but some personal belongings but the unit had every amenity that we would need which was a huge help. Some of our favorite things about our stay was that this was centrally located to everything, was a safe neighborhood, and the patio space was so beautiful and peaceful. J and B put a lot of love into this unit and were so incredibly kind and helpful with information and recommendations. We absolutely recommend staying here!

Summerlong San Diego Stay

J and B provided the most comfortable, welcoming stay! My boyfriend and I stayed in their grandma flat between the months of June and August due to a temporary work relocation. We are originally from New York and it was our first time visiting San Diego, J and B made the transition very easy and they were beyond amazing with all their recommendations for places we must visit. We felt right at home and never had any issues while staying with them! The location of the home is also very safe and that helped ease the transition. We would 100% recommend staying with them and would look forward to staying with them in the future!
