Clean, safe & secure ADU in a private back lot

I prefer living solo but if you are seeking a clean, quiet, spacious modern unit, this is the ideal roommate situation that can work for solo travelers. I don't want to have to leave! The rooms/bathrooms are on two separate floors on opposite ends of the unit (like a townhome situation) except you get separate central air on each floor! High ceilings, ample natural light, recessed lights and filtered water system throughout. Sometimes it feels like you're the only one here. The energy of this space is very comfortable and it's a convenient location to many local shops. And I am so grateful to have met Patty, she is communicative, supportive and a gem of a landlord. Trustworthy, honest and a rare breed. Hard to find anyone like her.
