Prime Location - Newly Renovated 9220 - 4

Updated, very cute place. Parking included. Fantastic balcony! Management company was very helpful, thorough, courteous, and professional. Had a few personal issues and Joleen was beyond helpful! Would definitely recommend staying here. The whole buildings (4) are all contractors and travelers. Not all medical, a lot of Cox staff. Always felt safe. Convenient to hospitals. Mail was a pain, but was eventually figured out. If I do another contract in Omaha, I will stay here again!

C was a great host. You could tell this was a newly renovated building & with that comes a few challenges. C was quick to fix any minor issues. His maintenance crew was conscience of my night time working schedule & daytime sleeping schedule. Neighborhood was nice & quiet. The building was very secure as all access was limited to tenents only. Traveled with my my animals & C was very accommodating. When in Omaha I will definitely book again. It was only a few miles from Nebraska Med Center.

I had a travel contract with prolink unfortunately we due to a mix-up on an email my contract got canceled after a 3-day drive from New Orleans Louisiana to Omaha Nebraska immediately I let the owner know what was going on from what his workers tell me he is very new with thiis they just purchased the property and have been remodeling he bought the property and his wife decorated per his employees my contract was canceled before I even got to start at the hotel so I let him know immediately I had to return to Louisiana because there were no more contracts in the area he was very upset I cleaned the apartment talk to bottom myself but because he can't reoccupy rent the apartment he is keeping my $1,000 deposit if you are a travel nurse I highly 100% tell you do not rent from this man he has no experience with travel nurses he will keep your $1,000 deposit even if you leave the apartment clean I have never in my travel career had someone do this to me I've only had two contracts canceled both contracts they returned the deposit immediately and they understood and they waited for the next person to come in and rent this man and his wife have no mercy I spoke to his wife on the phone and she treated me as if I were A low down dirty Dog lying to her everything I told her she kept questioning me she had no clue about travel nurses I'm telling you 100% if you are a travel nurse do not and I repeat do not rent from this man if your contract is canceled he will keep your deposit it's such a shame because it is essentially located but he has no experience which travel nurses do not rent from this person if you are a travel nurse
