Cozy apartment

Mariana was a wonderful hostess. Apartment had everything I needed and what it didnt have was in the common area for extra usage. Couldnt ask for a better host and hostess.

Great Unit!

This is a great space to stay. Im a medical student and I was completing a visiting rotation at UConn. This location is about 15 minutes from all the different hospitals I had to go to. There are plenty of places to eat around the area. The space is great with everything youll need. Its located in a nice neighborhood. I would highly recommend this unit.

absolutely wonderful property

i absolutely loved my stay here! VERY pet friendly, accommodating my cat and dog. the owners of this property are so nice, love animals, and always very quick to respond/remedy when anything came up. quiet family neighborhood with sidewalks, and biking distance to a great park. quick drive to many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. main areas of the property are maintained and cleaned meticulously, and laundry room remains stocked with supplies. property owners go above and beyond to make sure you will enjoy your stay. many thoughtful touches. the apartment itself was also decorated very cute, and had everything i needed! plenty of space as well in the front and back yards to just hang out with your animals in the yard! would absolutely stay here again if i am ever in CT again!

Two Pups Approved!

Loved my stay here with my pups. It feels like home. It's clean and thoughtfully furnished. The neighborhood is quiet and has sidewalks on the main road nearby. I frequently walk my dogs in the evenings and always felt safe. There's also a regular Rover walker who comes and I was able to arrange having my dogs walked when I was on days with no problem. Several close parks and the mall is one exit away. The owners are absolutely amazing (my favorite in almost 3 years of traveling) and are quick to respond if you have questions or if any issues arise. Even when it snowed they would come first thing to clear the driveway. Seriously can't say enough good things about my stay here. Thank you for everything!

Absolutely the Best!!

The apartment was so spacious and beautifully decorated! It's actually the nicest apt I've rented! In addition, the location can't be beat. Besides the wonderful neighbors, you're within 10 mins. to restaurants, Target, Costco and Shop Rite. I can't say enough good things about the landlords! They always communicated and responded to me within minutes! They welcomed me and my dog on arrival and even had treats for him and extra special touches to make us feel like we were with family!! They truly are lovely people and take tremendous pride in what they are doing and I truly appreciated it!!

Beyond amazing

This unit is beautiful. It was my first travel assignment and the landlords made me feel like family. They were there to help me with any questions or difficulties I experienced. Their apartment is decorated to feel like home. The landlords furnish the units with furniture and things that they themselves would like. They even got my dog a toy and bag of treats for when I moved in, and had all of the essentials I could need in the unit. This is the perfect apartment with so much space. I couldn't believe how big this apartment was. Plenty of room for family to visit and stay. This unit gets so much natural light it is beautiful. The window above the kitchen sink has a great view of the neighborhood. Wash and dryer in unit just for you to use. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. More than enough space for a traveler and their dog and guests. Friendly neighborhood too. Grocery stores and everything you could need very close by. Hospital of central Connecticut 10 minutes away

The Property owner was great to work with. The apartment was much better than I had anticipated. The entire property was very clean, safe, and well maintained. The property is in a great location close to the highways for those who need to commute.

The best

This property was freshly remodeled & they did an amazing job. The rates were fair also. But that's not even the great part - it's the hosts. Absolutely the best experience i've had on any furnished-stay app/website. Ive used quite a few. The host is welcoming, and continued to accommodate my needs throughout my stay whenever i mentioned anything & immediate responses too! Over the top with hospitality & just continued to make this personable and above and beyond what I expected. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with this host & the stay at this home. Bonus: newington is a very peaceful area. Local park right down the road as well.
