Great bang for your buck

Overall it's a pretty great spot. Close to most of everything. Theres only a couple things holding back from a 5 star rating. the WiFi is almost non-existent (you could barely use your cellphone alone), there's only one wifi unit and it's with the other family on the other side of the house. I have an online business on the side and it was incredibly difficult to do video calls. The 2nd was the walk-in shower had only a curtain, so whenever you showered water would get everywhere in the bathroom
