Late Review

I was in Colorado for about 3 months working at AdventHealth Parker. I had to leave a review to show my gratitude and appreciation for Christine. I was so sad when I texted her that January would be my last month of stay. Not only is she a wonderful host/landlord, but a sweet and kind human being. A mother-like figure while I was out there. If ever there is a chance I will end up in Colorado again, I'll be sure to check if this property is available.

A gem of a find!

We were so lucky to stumble across this place! It's located in such a beautiful, quiet, private, peaceful area and yet is just minutes away from anywhere you need to go - downtown Parker, Costco, the library, Walmart, restaurants, the hospital, etc. And we cannot say enough about the hostess! From the very beginning, she made us feel comfortable and welcome and went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. When she found out we were missing a couple of things for the apartment, she went out and got them for us without us even asking. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and stayed nice and cool in the summer. We would definitely recommend this listing to anyone who's looking for a nice quiet retreat after a long day at work!
