About the landlord

I am a semi-retired artist. I still have a gallery/studio in the River Arts District where I show my hand made lamps, but am beginning to travel a bit and want to share my home with others while I'm away. W. Asheville is a great neighborhood and I love the fact that I can walk to so many great restaurants and shops. The house is just a 7 minute drive to downtown Asheville and the River Arts District. I'm a 15 minute drive to the Biltmore House.
