Sloan's Lake Apartment

I lived in here for about a year and a half and had a really positive experience. The location near Sloan’s Lake was a big reason I chose it, and it ended up being one of my favorite parts of living here. The area is quiet and residential while also having easy and walkable access to the park, nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and downtown. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. It felt well cared for and fully set up for everyday living, with quality/comfortable furnishings, a functional / fully stocked kitchen, and in-unit laundry. Having a private entrance made the space feel more like its own home rather than a short-term rental. The landlord was very friendly and consistently responsive and easy to communicate with, which made day-to-day living straightforward and stress-free. I’d happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a furnished rental in Denver.

Amazing find!

I loved staying at this property. Such a great location with easy access to the Interstate. The neighborhood itself if very quiet and safe. There is always open street parking available next to the unit. Loved having a private/separate entrance, there is so much natural sunlight that comes in. L is a great landlord very responsive and respectful. Sad to be leaving such a beautiful gem in Denver.
