Med Student on Away Rotation

I had a wonderful experience living at Joshuas house for the past month while on an away rotation at MUSC. He was extremely willing to answer any questions I had, and was very friendly! The property itself is very well maintained. I would highly recommend staying here while in Charleston, I have yet to have a better renting experience than this one.

Great experience

Wonderful stay with my two border collies. The unit is exactly like the pictures represent. Great location, safe neighborhood, green belt just a few steps from the house for walking and biking, close to the golf course, plenty of restaurants/ stores near by, overall had a great experience. Josh has been a very accommodating host throughout my entire stay. He truly cares about his tenants and the upkeep of his property. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

Great Place To Stay!

This was my first travel assignment and I couldnt have asked for a better host. Josh was a very attentive host throughout the process. Joshs property is very convenient to nearby hospitals, grocery stores, and Shadowmoss golf course! Highly recommend.

Great little place to stay.

This was a great little place. The landlord was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely stay here again if I was to come back to the area. It was in a safe and peaceful location that was nearby to the hospital.
